08/08/2022. Our Fresh Black coffee house project was shortlisted for the prestigious Restaurant & Bar Design Awards 2022.

The primary and most unexpected dominant of the space was the pool. It had been here before and was covered with a fresh concrete slab. We’ve brought it back to life with an unexpected function: the theater of coffee roasting. The slab above the pool has been opened, turning it into a space with two seating options, a finished product mix, and a two-tier stand for roasting coffee beans.
