Space in 30 m2 is always challenging for architects to design as attractive and comfortable as possible.
The apartment represents a living room, which can be converted for sleeping, working, and TV zone, fully equipped kitchen, storage, and bathroom with laundry.
The design must follow innovative technologies and aesthetics when a small room includes many functions.
Natural materials, colors, and open technical communications on the walls and ceiling become the interior’s signature. The concrete ceiling and walls in travertine are combined with wooden panels as decorativeness patterns.
The bright colors of the sofa and blue-and-red storage at the entrance contrast the calm gray concrete ceiling, warm wood walls, and floors.
Air conditioning is developed with ceiling fans to mix the air and have an atmosphere of leisurely relaxation in the south countries.
The small kitchen has a set of professional equipment and can satisfy all needs of a skillful chef. The bathroom includes all appliances for personal hygiene, storage, and laundry.
Every piece of furniture can be transformed or removed to enhance the room’s functions. For example, the dining table becomes an extension of the kitchen surface or a bartop during meeting time. Likewise, the living room sofa can turn into a comfortable double bed.
The “smart” room is a contemporary interior for temporary recreation and a long-term dwelling, following the aesthetics of the loft.
